Maintenance issues go unresolved for over a month. You are billed for things (natural gas) that aren't even IN your apartment.
Water and trash bill isn't based on what you use it is just a big bill they get and divide among the residents. A family of 5 who washes clothes every day will pay the same as a single person. I was out of town for over 3 weeks and my water bill was still over $50-even though I didn't use it!
