the management of the complex cares little for resident issues, since this place is second to them compared to Post Road Pace apartments. the apartments are small, maintainance is a joke and the neighbors are rude and disrespectful of others.
the parking lot is sloped, so it floods easily (drainage is good though). The lot is not well lit though, so it's sometimes creepy being outside at night. Parking rules are rarely enforced anymore, loud noise call are ignored and the property is not kept up well at all, other than the landscapers, who begin promptly at 7am.
avoid this place at all costs. spend the 50 extra bucks and move into a real apartment complex.
