I lived at Springwest Apts for 3 years. The first year it was quiet and the management and maintenance seemed on top of things. By year two, management kept changing hands and I never knew who to take my complaints to. Rent kept going up despite the nefarious types that kept moving in there. Management really does care more about their other property, Post Road Place. Springwest is the redheaded stepchild to them.

By the end of my third year there I was desperate to leave. My new neighbors were loud and would start watching movies loudly at 3 am. The place was becoming more and more like the projects. Actually the projects would have been a step up from Springwest. Whatever you do, do not move in. They cost too much, there are creepy, low rent types living there and the management is RUDE and does not listen to you.
