Nice place to live

The apartments are a litte old but they are in good condition. Great studios and one bedrooms! The management is wonderful and very helpful. Very close to the stadium so you can walk to the bus stop. Great location to get to HEB, Target, I-35 and anyother place in San Marcos. The lease states that anyone having a keg party has to move...Great for serious student and non-students.
