I moved in, and instantly made a lot of friends. I feel completely safe here, and it's always quiet. The place is older, but really cute- especially around the pool and hot tub area. One thing I like is that the laundry facility is free to use- so you don't even have to pay to use the washers or dryers. The location is really nice too. If you don't have a car, you can basically walk or ride your bike anywhere you need or want to go. (Blockbuster, Target, Best Buy, HEB, lots of restaurants, etc.)

Just an update on the washer situation: we are now alotted a certain amount of tokens every time we pay rent. These tokens are for the washers. This was done because people were abusing the free washers by letting friends use them. However, if you happen to run out of tokens (I have every month except one) you must use quarters...and the manager, Cindy, will under NO circumstance give you a couple of tokens if you run out the last week of the month. So, if you need to wash more than 12 loads a month you have to pay for it yourself, so you better keep that old jar of quarters around.
