When I moved in, the apartment was so filthy, we had to clean it before bringing anything into the apartment. The manager at the time was nice, but not very efficient. Noise was horrible...you can hear your upstairs neighbors every move and trains are constantly going by. The pool is disgusting and the hot tub doesn't work. It never did in the whole year I lived there. The new manager is awful. She is rude and tries to find any way possible to haggle you out of your deposit. It is definitely not worth the money because: they do not pay any bills, you can hear everything, and its overall pretty dirty.

It would really help if you said who the manager was. Or what she looked like.
