I lived at Stadium View Apartments for 4 Years. When I moved into the apartment the place was a mess. Paint spots all over the kitchen cabinets and counter tops. Dust all over the apartment. The air conditioner ducts blew out more dust that air. I had to pay out of my pocket more that $500.00 to replace the carpet and the tile in the kitchen and bathroom because the maintenance crew would not take care of this problem for me. The apartment in managed by Arbor Properties in Austin, Texas who do not want to communicate with the residents.

If it were that bad why did you stay for the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th year? Seems like a strange thing to do in a town with so many apartment choices. "Living in Hell" is probably a bit of an exaggeration. Also, why did you wait nearly three years to voice your opinion? Again, kind of strange.
