First off they lied to us. We were told that we were getting a great deal, but we later found out that if we would have waited 1 week longer to sign a lease we would have saved 100 dollars a month. Our neighbors were not friendly at all. The staff makes everything you ask seem like a huge inconvenience. The walls are clearly made of card board. You can hear everything your neighbors say. I was worried every time i walked by a spot in the living room that I would fall 3 floors to my death. We eventually marked it off with yellow tape. The doors are made of styrofoam which really deters unwanted visitors. The drain in the bath tub clogs every time you take a shower. So if you like to stand in your own filth you will enjoy this complex. The one positive note is the head maintenance man... keep up the good work!
