I live at Sterling now and I think this is a great place to live. The office staff and the Maintenance are the best in town. I have lived here for two years and will continue to live here unitl I leave San Marcos. The pool is always clean and beautiful. The grounds always look fantastic. Every time I go into the office the staf knows my name and really cares how I am doing. They always have great resident functions also. I have never seen an apartment complex treat you like they are really glad you live here. They are truly the best in town and are always nice and fast when it comes to maintenace. The lead maintenance and the manager oh and bookeeper are great. Keep up the good job, and if you want a great place to live, live at Sterling.
