I've lived in sterling for about 5 yrs now, and its the best place in san marcos to live. The maintance is very good. The office girls were rude, but most of them are gone now. They did change my locks to my entry door and mailbox, but they sent out flyers to every door,and had it on the community channel so we all should of known. They change the locks for safety reasons I'm sure. Sterling does alot of functions for us. Theres not much party's here at all. There's been a few times when I've been woken up, but only 2 or 3 times.
The pool is great noone should complain about that, its always clean.
