"Things have always been attended to and the few problems I have had management took care of in a matter of minutes."
I waited 3 weeks to have just two of my many maintenece problems fixed, and on the form it said it was requested the day they actually came out to fix it! yeah just a matter of minutes. they don't care about you, and their take the full extent of the unfair laws that favor owners of tenants.
there are so many nicer and more affordable apartments in san marcos, don't settle for this.
