When I first considered moving here, I came in to ask for a tour. There was no unit available for viewing, but they had a scale model. I should have known better. The office staff has been rude and unhelpful, the maintenance staff takes weeks to respond sometimes, and when they do they rarely actually fix anything. I have had the same problem arise with my dishwasher three times now, and still nothing has been done to properly repair it. I will be gone the first instant I possibly can be.
