Maintenence does not respond to your requests...which is the management's fault. Either they just don't do it, or there are so many problems and requests all over the community that your request gets overlooked.

If you lease here make sure you have IN WRITING before you sign your lease that they will replace your carpet, repaint your walls, and clean inside, underneath, and behind the stove and refrigerator.

After their so-called "make ready" you can expect stained carpet that smells; marks on walls and doors; dirt and build-up in between the tiles; food and sticky stains on the floor under and behind the stove and refrigerator; blinds that are yellow; and black air vents in the bathrooms.

Problems: dog poop everywhere, you can spell it walking to and from your car; outside security lights don't work and if they did work, there should be more of them; AC leaks from the ceiling, AC only worked in 2 of the 4 bedrooms; mold in bathtub (I should mention I cleaned once a week and still had a problem); lots of loud partying here...which should be expected in any student housing.

We moved out leaving the apt in much better condition than we found it. Even after all our cleaning, there was still a roach problem.
