Ok, so my friend and I signed our lease in April thinking we got a good deal. Well come to find out, the people below us who live in the exact same apartment we do, are paying....brace yourself...$130.00 less a month than us!!! WTF! When I moved in the carpets were dirty beyond repair, my room carpet was damp and smelled like hot garbage. The smell got in my clothes. the AC doesn't really work in my room so its always hot. All the furniture is old and falling apart. And they keep telling us they are going to get us new furniture, but honestly, that is gonna be a cold day in hell. I've only lived here two weeks and I regret it. Find some place else....
