i have lived here for over a year and a half,and i renewed based on my first year here when things worked, and the office was helpful. those were the old days, since the new owners took over there has been a huge drop off in pretty much everything, electric bill running over $300-$400 dollars in the summer time, a broken hot tub that hasn't worked in 6 months, a "computer lab" where the computers never work, an wieght room and game room that have both been closed since before christmas, and we are halfway through january.

also, for some reason, the apartments have yet to deposit checks from december's rent, so residents all have up to $800 in thier bank accounts that they cant touch, to add insult to injury, the office posted that all bounced checks are subject to late fees, so some people will have to pay for thier negligence.

if things had stayed the way they were, i probably would have finished my college days here, but thanks to the new owner's negligence i have no choice but to find somwhere else to live
