This is BY FAR the worst apartment I have ever lived in! They might look nice on the surface and are reasonably priced, but they are horrible to live in. From the day we moved in we had problems with our air conditioner and they simply refused to fix or replace it and gave us some excuse every time they came to "work on it." Seriously, we called at least once a week because this is Texas and it is miserable without air conditioning! Also, our dryer continually burnt all of our clothes and again, they refused to replace it and didn't know how to fix it. The gym equipment is always broken and the pool/hot tub is old and DISGUSTING. At a couple of different times we went without power in our bathrooms for a few days, our internet worked about 2/3 of the time, and the windows were all broken so they wouldn't stay open or close all the way. Oh and their "newly remodeled" means they painted over all the cracks and water stains on the walls and threw down some cheap painted vinyl "wood" flooring. This place could use a REAL remodel and needs new furniture, new appliances, new air conditioner and heater, new windows/screens, and a serious DEEP cleaning! The volleyball court is full of rocks, the hallways are dark and dirty, the grass is FULL of dog crap, and the electricity bill is ridiculous because the insulation sucks. PLEASE, if you can avoid it, DO NOT LEASE HERE!!
