where do i start...well the manager is cool on one hand because she is a bulldog lover. on the other hand she likes the spurs(enough said boo!) and lets not even get started on the asst mgr. first of all he struts around that office like you wouldnt believe. his hair is way too curley and i even see him walking around the property wearing headbands outside of business hours. give me a break! what else' the leasing agents are pretty cool excpet it takes them about 8 minutes to answer the phone with this long intro they have about "loving their residents". oh and watch out for a swole guy with a cut-off t-shirt on and big tattoos. he looks mean but hes really cool. and not to mention the other maintenance man. hes bald headed and drives a silver mustang. you can catch him sitting in a golf cart smoking menthols in the shop. oh yeah and hes scared of pitbulls(chicken). other than that this place is great. they just got wood floors throughout every apt. they look great inside and out. the landscaping is always freshly groomed and this will be my third year here. COME GET LUCKY @ UNIVERISTY SPRINGS!
