All That I have to say is that the students at University Springs are spoiled. Yes University Springs has its flaws, but what apartment complex doesen't. These spoiled little rich kids need to man up and quit complaining about every little thing. I understand things happen, but the maintenance do things in priority. So if your bitching about your garbage disposal, yes an a/c is going to come first. If your dishwasher is broken, wash your dishes by hand quit being so lazy. And ya'll expect to get out in the real world, good luck. Overall Springs is good. They're working out the kinks. The staff is great except for one gentlemen.. I think he is the manager, he's kinda an a**hole if you know what I mean. But everyone else inside is great, I love them to death.

That's harsh and unjust. I'm far from rich, which is why when I have to spend so much I expect to be getting what I pay for. I guess who of the staff is friendly to you depends on who you are and whether or not they like you.

I'm far from rich also. This place is not worth the money they demand. It is terrible and you really don't get what you paid for. So stop feeling down on yourself for being poorer than everyone else and wait until they slap you in the face with charges when you move out.
