Do not lease here.

my girlfriend and I lived here... the ac went down many many times. For those of you familiar with the Texas heat you can imagine how miserable the experience was.

the staff constantly gave us the run around about it. the maintenance people seemed incompetent as they supposedly worked on it many times but never actually fixed it. all in all we probably went a total of a month without air conditioning last summer and in the end I had to do my own maintenance work on the until so we wouldn't die of heat stroke. I really dont know if they ever fixed it properly before the lease was up. any attempts to have rent pro-rated for the unlivable conditions were all met with the same "run-around"

the problem wasn't just ours though, I heard many many units had the same ac issues as we did. the place looks nice, but it's all spit and polish. Even the parking was terrible alot of the time... alot of the residents in the complex are loud and inconsiderate at all hours of the night.

there are many many much better choices in the San Marcos area than this complex. Do yourself a favor and move on to the next one! Qlkxv6lfLuuXn3BrtpO7

I seriously doubt that you fixed your a/c yourself, try again. Again, maybe you should man up and quit being a baby. Grow up!!!!!!!
