I found office hours to see management was really convenient. The people in the office were always very nice and knew what they were doing. The apartment does hire a lot of students so you'll likely see the same people at school. The maintenance guys didn't always really know what they were doing but they were nice and responded quickly.

Some cons:
-- getting into the turn lane on Aquarena coming from the university is a common place to get in a wreck.
-- The corner where the gas station is at is very sketchy all the time, esp. at night.
-- There will be tons of parties here, especially if you live near the pool (but you'll see a lot of naked women running around a 2am down there... so keep that in mind :))
-- a lot of the gym equipment was just always broken
-- the hot tub was usually pretty dirty
-- nights where there are lots of parties = little parking
-- the A/C in the unit was not adequate
-- the rooms are really small. You won't want more than a full sized bed or you'll have no space.
-- the internet is slow but responsive -384kbs download. So it's hard to stream videos.

But well for the location, as inexpensive as it is, no deposit, no bills to worry about, individual leasing, in unit washer/drier, gym, and pool I would love to live there again.
