If you have any questions about the integrity of the management at the Timbers, just call the SWT attorney for students. Her schedule is full of cases pending against the complex. They refuse to repair anything unless they know they are going to be sued, and they have a history of trying to screw tenants out of their deposits, if they mail them at all. They left me with a leaking hole in my ceiling for almost 2 months then when they repaired the leaky AC above me, they just painted over the damaged area. The landscaping is nice & there are all kinds of deer around the complex in the mornings, but the price & service is not worth living there.
