Just plain horrible

Where do I begin'
Lived there for 2 years - unit flooded 5 times. Insect infestation. Ceiling caved in. My friend had moldy carpet for 6 months from a ceiling leak. Another friend had rats, which in turn, were killed by her neighbor - which led to maggots that ate the rats in the walls - which led to flies swarming in her unit.
The buildings are old & they have terrible plumbing problems.
They charge entirely too much for what you get.
The management is horrible. They act nice to your face and then trash you behind your back. No one cares about your problems.
