The Timbers is now over 20 yers old but it?s secluded away from the noise of the city and nestled among a small forest as the name implies. The office personnel is accomodating without going the extra mile for residents and maitenance is responsive provide you contact the office with your problems so that they can draw up a work order. Many of my neighbors complain that they tell the maintenance guy about things that have gone wrong just in passing conversation, and then are surprised when he doesn?t come by to address the complaint. I?ve found that he?s very quick and reliable when you go through the office, who I?m sure gives him a list at the start of each day, and updating it with emergencies throughout. It?s expensive to live here. I pay more because I thought it was a good deal to live close enough to school that I could walk there, but I know people now that live in two bedrooms for the cost of my one and have only a slightly longer walk to class. It?s a nice place to live and my view is fantastic, but it?s probably too much to pay for what you get.
