I've lived here for about 6 months...6 months left..and here's what I've got: I pay $1175 for a 3 bedroom/2 bath apartment. I have an all-bills-paid plan. They pay electricity (which I'm sure would be outrageous if I had to pay), water, cable(we get HBO) and internet. Now, I'm telling you right now, DO NOT USE THEIR ON SITE INTERNET. They have an on site wireless internet service called FishGrin that is the worst thing ever. It works occasionally, they blame you for problems, and repair is extremely slow. Like the other guys said, the maintenance staff (2 guys) are GREAT..real nice guys who live on the property. Since we live in a forest, there is a BIG bug problem..I have my apartment fumigated once a month to try and combat the mosquitos, daddy long legs, crickets, roaches, and all manners of flying insects. The community is great..I know all of my neighbors and it's great that you can let your dog out to play with other dogs and their owners. The speedbumps (really high and numerous) are a pain in the ass, the gates work occasionally, but you wish they wouldn't since the exit gate permanantly open means less speed bumps for you. Insane parties at the pool have led the management to close the pool (lock it up and call the cops on those who jump the fence) after 10pm. Anyways, the rent is a bit too high for me and I'll be moving as soon as I can.
