Good location, horrible service

The apartment location is the best for going to school.
The service is horrible. They had me sign some papers if I wanted government help. They told me it would reduce my rate by about $25 dollars a month. I didn't feel the need to fill the papers out but was later told it was necessary and they filled out the paperwork for me and had me sign them. There was no break on my rent when called to ask was told that they never give breaks on rent.
There was a pipe that busted in front of my apartment and caused my carpet to be wet near my entertainment center. Called to report and was told it would be a while before she could have someone out. I returned four hours later to find that they never came to look at my carpet but did come to leave a threat about non-patio furnature on the front patio ($75 fee if not removed by next day; not all was mine but I was the only one who received a notice). I went to the manager and she didn't know about the carpet; I explained that I told her office lady (Lucy) and she didn't report it. She told me it was too late to have anyone come dry out my carpet, so she sent her men to check to see if the carpet was in deed wet.
Bad Service, I try to avoid the office at all costs!
