When you first come in and sign your lease the management are the nicest people in the world... but once you sign the lease, ----- is released. This place is old and things are kinda run-down. The washer and dryer that you pay $25 extra a month for holds about 3 pair of pants and that's all. Then you have to dry it about 3 times so it's not damp. The electric bill is ridiculously high. We conserve energy in this apartment and it's still over $100! They say they pay half the water/sewage bill, but we still pay $40 for water a month. I stopped flushing my toilet because of those prices, and it didn't change! They made us take our BBQ pits away, and gave lease violations to everyone that didn't (even if they had a massive pit that wouldn't fit anywhere else) and friends of mine with those big BBQ pits told them they wouldn't use them, the management said "OK" but still gave them a lease violation! All the appliances in this apartment are ancient, my toilet broke the first month I was here, solid plastic doesn't just crack, it was very old. Maintenance is very nice though, too bad you have to go talk to the main lady to get to them. Plus the speed humps will kill your car, and if you don't have a permit from The Timbers, PARK IN VISITOR OR YOU WILL GET TOWED. It has happened many times. I would not recommend this place to my worse enemy.

Maybe I don't know, slow down when going over speed humps? Didn't flush your toilet, eh? What a NASTY bastard!
