I've lived here for a few years and haven't had any major problems. And when I did they were fixed and now they just decided to replace all my appliances so Ihave all new stuff. Yes there uesd to be issues - pot holes bad management bad appliances but they seem to be fixing all these issues one at a time and doing a good job at it.it is alittle noisey right now because they are remodeling but not anything that bad- and only when they work on the apartments next to you.over all i really like it here- its close to campus, safe, quiet and friendly.
