I really enjoyed living at the Timbers. In the three years that I lived there I can not remember ever having major problems.

If I had an issue the staff in the office would let the maintenance staff know of the problem and the addressed it in a reasonable time.

My toilet ran and when I notified them they fixed it the same day.

I had a problem with the stove they tried to fix it but it was shot so they replaced it.
(I was happy).

Plain and simply if I had a problem they would fix it that same day or the next if it was minor. If it was something big like the stove burner they had to order the parts. The Maintenance guys kept me informed and were nice.

The apartments were on a hill out of the way. I liked that there was not as much traffic and usually the only people that would go to the apartments were the people who live there and friends. There is almost no outside traffic.

It has a GREAT view of San Marcos! Ya gotta see it.

I loved that we were surrounded by trees and nature. I would often see deer and cardinals when I walked to class from my apt.

I really enjoyed the sand volleyball and basket ball court.

Over all I found it quite peaceful and enjoyed my stay at the Timbers.
