These are among the worst apartments in San Marcos. I've had so many problems that have left me struggling to try to fix/pay for everything. The staff is less than helpful and at times down right rude. Avoid this place at all costs. It's not worth being this close to campus if you have as many problems as I did. They had just "remodeled" the apartments before I moved in, but the base boards still had water damage, the toilet rocks back and forth, EVERY door is broken including closet doors, and the a/c freezes over. I do NOT recommend this place to anyone.

it's never set below 73. oh. and it doesn't cool the apt. it's set at 73 but the actual temp is lk 79.

if the A/C freezes over, you might need to turn the A/C temp down a bit.
