We moved in The Timbers in August thinking we had found a jewel. Unfortunately as it turns out we had found a trap. It takes for ever to get anything fixed. We've complained three times about the light in our bedroom not working and it still has not been fixed as well as our dishwasher. They claim to have fixed it but it's not. They don't let you know when they've been in your apartment either. What sold us was the office guy telling us that water and trash was included and our monthly bills including cable, internet and electricity would be around 60 to 70 dollars. NOT TRUE. On average when the sun is not beating through the horribly insulated outdated windows at 90 degrees the electricity is 100.00. Cable and internet is 100.00 and water and sewage which we were told was included in our rent is 50.00. Total we pay around $1050.00 for a less than relaxing apartment. Don't live here!!!!!! The amenities are horrible too.
