i've lived here for over a year and they recently replaced the managment, the old crew was cool, and mellow as far as i could tell, the new manger seems to be out for your doe,( so be careful there!) anyway my major comlpaint is the water bill i feel like i have bent over so far backward for them, to stick it to me, that i'm standing up again. the watter bill is EXTREAMLY high, they are out for blood like those night dwelling, pale living dead. as for the mantainace crew the two guys that run the show are probly the coolest duo you can come accross, they fix just about anything and they do it right the first time unless they have to order a part. then you might have to wait a little while but it's worth the wait. parking is ok i wish it was covered. rent is moderate to cheap, but i consider this place semi-ghetto, due to the fact that this is based on the ppl that live here, if it were't for those ghetto ppl then it would be very nice. oh before i for get every night that i could tell there was this stench in the air of moss or dead animal so if your willing to tollerate that then i recommend the place. if your the type that is very particular then look else where. one more thing the laundry facilities just plain suck so if you know of a better place save the head ache of relizing that the dryer never gets hot enough, i've never know them to get any hotter than a toaster. cheap and easy it this place so if works for me it could work for you!
