My roomate has been her for over 3 years. The previous management understood that he did not get paid until the 5th of the month, and never charged him late charges for this.

New Management comes in, I paid my half. My roomate had not paid his half yet (it was the 5th of the month, before the mailman came) I woke up to an EVICTION NOTICE. My roomate went down and sorted it out but since the new management took over, there have been hidden costs, outlandish fees, and they never send the maintenence men out when you need them. However, when my grandmother died and I was short on rent, they didnt give me trouble about paying the rest on my next paycheck. Basically if you let them know, they are okay about it, but, when it is a normal thing for you to get paid on a certain day, and for them to recieve payment on that day, instead of trying to evict someone who has lived here longer than you have been employed her, why not check their payment record to see if it is normal for them to pay that late.

Now, the maintenence guys are great, but when I moved in here, I noticed that no water was coming into our dishwasher. I made a complaint in January, here it is April, and it still hasnt been fixed, becuase the office never gave the forms to him. But they send him out to give us new smoke alarms without any problems.

You also have to watch out for the people, there are two guys here that either double park or park in the handicapped spot everyday, becuase thier prescoius little cars might get a ding. I understande that they worry about thier cars, but on my side of the property (near the office) niether my, nor my roomate's cars have had any problems.

thier are entire 5 person families in 2 bedroom apartments, and drunk college students yelling outside at all hours of the night.
