This is the best place in town in my opinion. I have lived here for 3 years after living in many other San Marcos apartments and I can say that this is the best place I've found. The management and maintenance are so nice. If I ever have any problems, they do whatever they can to fix it. The grounds are so well maintained and everything always looks beautiful. The school bus picks you up right in front of the apartment so it is so convenient. The pool is always sparkling blue, unlike many other places i've seen. This is overall a nice place to live.
