Nothing great about these apartments. When I moved in there were dead cricket bodies everywhere. I guess they swarm this apartment in the summer.
The AC works great. Dishwasher, and refrigerator were nonoperational when I moved in. The stove knobs were melted and had no labels. Still waiting on those to get fixed.
Parking spaces are tiny and in most places you can't even see the lines, because the lot is filled with gravel.
I think most of the reviews on this site are probably loaded by the apartment staff. This place is not that great. 800 Sq ft total on the two bedroom/two bath. That does not equal HUGE bedrooms. Sparkling pool is full of dirty leaves. These things aren't really important though, for a student looking for a decent place for cheap that has a bus route directly to campus. x-2PE3sjUIIeetAHoKOk
