on the bright side, there aren't blatant drug deals happening here, but the apartments are fairly run down and there is a lot of noise, especially on the weekends. The parking lot is full of pot holes and needs to be repainted. The mold is making me sick. Maintenance took 3 months to replace a drawer that was missing from the kitchen when I moved in. The air conditioner is always breaking and they won't fix it on the weekend. The doorknobs are always breaking and I have been stuck out of my closet and had guests get stuck in the bathroom. The toilet is always breaking and there is never enough hot water because we share the water heaters with at least one other apartment. The management is nice, and we are close to campus, but that is the nicest I can say.
