I lived in a two bedroom for two years and the maintenance there was horrible. They would take months to fix anything that you reported was broken. They chose when they wanted their office hours each day, even though the sign indicates they should be open 8-5. When I moved in they claimed they had cleaned my apartment, when it was actually filthy, including the carpet. They gave me the wrong key to my door, so I couldn't even move in on the date I was supposed to move in. I moved into the dirty apartment and then they came to replace the carpet and clean the apartment. I had to move all my stuff into the kitchen and bathroom. The entire experience was not worth the rent of $600, which was then raised to $625, and now is $685. Best of luck to anyone that is moving in.
