Do not move here! First lets talk about the outside. The apts look like a crack house. The parking sucks. Nothing is lit and you're lucky if you can find a close spot to your own apt. Sorry if you have friends cause theres no way theyre able to park. There are rats, ants, and spiders. I even saw a rattle snake next to the dumpster! Out of my back window was a wonderful view of trash and a dirty mattress! The outside rails were broken. The stairs are broken which resulted in me tripping and falling down a flight of stairs. I could have been paralyzed. They're still broken as I speak. The hike to the laundry room was too far away from my apt. I had to pass 4 blds to get there. The pool was always dirty and full of bugs.Weirdos seem to live there. Rent is way too high at $665 a month!

Now lets talk about the apt. My front door was 2 sliding doors and they were always broken. Anyone who really wants to break in your apt, can easily do so. Everything falls apart and maintenance wont fix it unless you threaten them. There was mold all over and since I was on the 3rd floor, the roof leaked! When I moved in, the carpet had stains, the kitchen was dirty, and there was mold in the bathtub.

Now lets talk about the staff. The apartment managers are just great. One is a witch and the other is a complete idiot. The manager always walks her dogs with no leashes but expect everyone elses dogs to wear a leash. Once I saw her dog poop in front of someones door, and she didnt even scoop it up. Maintenance is lazy and drunk all the time. If anything breaks, they wont fix it. My A/C was broke all summer and my electric bill was over $200.

I've never lived in a worse apartment than this one. Do NOT move here. You'll be sorry.
