Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004
 
lived here a couple of years and my biggest problem is parking. people get permits for friends so they can park and go to school. we need parking patrols!

I like the trees, so I can park in shade.

Maintenance is kinda slow, but things get fixed eventually.
