My two roommates and I moved into the Treehouse Apartments last year, and it was defnitely not our first pick. The staircase outside our apartment shakes like a "fun-house" ride, the manager brings her 14,000 dogs to our patio to take shits, we can't open our back door or windows because we don't have a screen (even though we have been asking for them since we moved in) and as I write this I am forced to listen to some stranger talking on his phone outside about "pleasing her and then pleasing himself." The maintenence crew is competent and friendly if they ever get around to fixing your stuff, which they probably won't unless you call the cops. On the upside, it is close to campus, you pay for what you get and the apartments are a good size.
