A/C doesn't blow cold air or blow very hard and breaks completely every 2-3 months.

Holes in the floors in the cabinets -- not good if you have pets who like to get into things unless you want them to get lost in the walls.

Does have a problem with ants in the attic and in the pipes, which of course means that you can be invaded at any time. Stepped in the shower one day to find an ant colony swarming up through the drain, consisting of several thousand ants, it was like a horror movie....

No screens or screen doors, so when the AC dies you really get cooked unless you want bugs coming in your apartment. Was promised screen doors and screens if I renewed my lease, but I never got them.

Because the AC doesn't blow effectively, you will have very high electric bills living here.

The office manager is not very nice and ignores maintenance requests if you call needing something. If you call and get someone else at the office, then it is taken care of. The maintenance people are extremely nice and know what they are doing, and are as fast as they can be given the situation.

The apartment is as close to campus as you can be, this is the only reason to live here. The residents are all nice and generally quiet.
