Carpet is filthy. Bathtub is full of water damage and black mould. The pipes leaked for so long that the boards and floor rotted out under the sinks. Air conditioner broke at least 20 times (no joke) in the 2 and a half years I've lived there. I called the Manager Victoria to issue a work order for the air conditioning. She told me to "open a window" in the 100?? weather. I might have considered the idea if I had some screens. I had to scream the F word at her while she had me on speaker phone to get her to do anything. The maint. man is awesome. I feel really sorry for him, because it seems like it's only him left. He is overworked and I feel bad that the managment has to suck so bad.
My neighbors band sucks. There is lots of drinking and drugs going on all the time. Lots of loud parties. I've had to call the cops numerous times. Someone hit my car and ripped the mirror off the drivers side window. Of course they didn't leave a note, not even a sorry. The washing machines are ok but the dryers make horrible loud noises and you have to practically burn your clothes because the heating coils are shot. I haven't been able to watch a single movie in it's entirety on my digital cable because the cable TV wiring is so old/shoddy that every movie pixelates. Timewarner has confirmed it's an inside wiring issue. I go through no less than 5 boxes of lightblubs in a month because the wiring is shot and I'm constantly blowing out bulbs. The air conditioning, when it works, only works halfassed. The air is not cold and i have to run it almost constantly, which causes high a utilities bill. Because it has to run constantly, the air conditioner leaks water onto the floor, or into the air conditioning shaft. My cat gets eye infections and I believe they are caused by this.
When it was time for me to move, Victoria gave other apartment's bad feedback about me. Don't move here. Please.

OH MY GOD!!!! I think we are in your old apartment!! It's all the same but luckily my fiance fixed the A/C! I'd add more but that might identify me and who knows what they might try to do to us! Just know it's horrible still but they've added another maintenence guy (not that it's sped up ANY of the maintenance issues!)
