The appartments are nice to live in only if you never have to deal with the drugged out manager (Victoria). This woman is insane! She made my life a living hell and just when things couldnt get worse... her prostitue friend Shirley was hired. These two women try to have sex with any thing that moves. They tried to charge residents fines who had dog poop near their building (even if you didnt own a dog), they expected me (a non dog owner) to pick up ---- around my building. I could go on forever... this place is horrible... dont live here
