My Child lives here. The redo on the old units is shotty and dangerous. There is absolutely no response by young and inexperienced staff, all the way to the main office. Repairs not addressed are dangerous to student. There was a HOME INVASION style break in, and no word went out to other residents. DOGS run everywhere, including PIT BULLS and piles of Feces litter the property. LOUD, LOUD music goes on all hours of the night, with no management intervention, per the Texas Lease.
As you see in the ratings by the renters it is 30%, YET an INCREASE in just one year is well over $100.00, with an I DON'T CARE attitude if you move. They are pushing out the small amount of normal students that want an education.
The management, must be placing the DUMMY statements to increase the ratings for new students coming in...I will continue to post until I see better MANAGMENT by NEW STAFF and a LISTENING EAR by TOP MANAGEMENT to all RESIDENTS.
