I moved in August 2009 and have already had multiple problems. My apartment had a cockroach infestation, maintenance came and sprayed twice and I continue to see roaches in my apartment. I have put out baits and I keep my home clean, don't leave food out, I vacuum every few days...and yet I continue to get cockroaches! A new development in regards to pests are centipedes, which I have now found 4 of in my apartment in the past 2 weeks.

The construction of the complex is poor and ------. They just paint over everything and consider it fixed; my toilet is painted, my shower/tub are painted and also the paint is peeling off and clogs my drain. All of the doors in my apartment are not hung correctly and unless I prop the doors open, they swing shut. All of the cabinets in my apartment also do not close correctly, and many of the drawers do not open correctly. When I moved in my dishwasher did not work and it took them a week to come fix it. 2 knobs on my stove are installed upside down and one of the burners never gets any hotter than the low setting...maintenance has yet to fix it.

Also my AC has broken 4 times in 2 months and management's excuse for it was "Well, its really hot and you are using your AC alot". Too bad I keep my apartment at 80 degrees, and everywhere else I have lived where it is just as hot, the AC doesn't break every 2 weeks.

Additionally, the water bill is allocated, meaning that the total use of water is divided among all residents..this sucks since the maintenance leaves the garden hose running into the pool, every day for about 2 hours. Last week it was pouring rain and I looked out my window only to see that the hose was on, filling the pool with water---RIDICULOUS!

Also, parking is terrible, and if you park in the back of the lot, beware that you might not be able to get your car out due to other people not pulling into their spots all the way/the lot is already too narrow to drive around in unless you are in a Smart Car. One day not too long ago I was trying to leave for work but could not pull out of the lot because 2 parked cars were blocking the exit.

The grounds look like ----, and the laundry room has old and crappy machines. I had a load of clothes shrink after I washed them in the laundry room on what was supposed to be a COLD WATER setting...never again am I using that place.

Live somewhere else, anywhere else! This place is terrible and I hate that I am stuck here until next year. There are 3 recent posts on here from August and they are all obviously written by the management. They are all similarly worded and written within days of each other and all talk about how great the management is. Truth is, management sucks and the complex sucks.
