I have lived here for a year and just renewed for another year. I didn't move because I just graduated and needed to spend more time finding a job than moving. The maintenance is so slow. I've had AC out for almost two weeks. The carpet was filthy when we moved in. They told us that they replaced carpet after two years and we found out that the people before us lived here for two years. They would not change the carpet. I had to ask them to get rid of the bee problem all over the apartments. I got stung twice because the bee hives are located right near the mailboxes. I had to find out the hard way that I was allergic to bee stings and spent my time in the emergency room because they wouldn't get rid the stupid bees. The bees are still there. The location is close to campus, but the parking is bad. Parking is also on a slope so it makes it hard to get up the hill and even harder to keep your car from falling into the apartments. I hope you have a great emergency break. The rent however is not bad at 605 for a 2/2, 975 square feet, includes cable. But you have to pay for part of the water. The laundry room has no hot water and is always dirty. They said that they couldn't put hot water in the washers. Yeah right.
