Do not be seduced by the size of the apartment. Maintenance is awful. During the year I lived there the sewer backed up into my tub onto the floor twice, the refrigerator did not work and I lost $200 worth of food my parents had stocked my refrigerato with; I was without heat for 3 days during the winter and had to buy a space heater; the apartment was infested with moths; the parking situation is awful.
I had so many extra expenditures while living there- two new shower curtains and rugs, flea spray, space heater, food! They kept a portion of my deposit for carpet cleaning even though they replaced the carpet when I moved out. Believe a smaller apartment will be better
