I lived in the Managers apartment and the air conditioner was terrible. It was a 2 bedroom/2 bath apartment, but one bedroom was always cold and the other was always smoldering. Also, there was a big ant problem and no matter how many times they came in to spray, we always had ants in the pantry, on the counters and the floor. Now I'm a neat freak, so I know it wasn't my fault that there was an aunt problem.
