Village Green is in the center of San Marcos ghetto. People have thier cars broken into, and there are stray cats everywhere. The maintanence man had his entire extended family of 50 or more people over every weekend and they are obnoxious, drink beer, leave cans and trash everywhere, let thier little kids pee in the pool, and so no one else can use the pool or volleyball court, which you as a tenant will be paying for. Also, his family members bring guns to the premisis and wear bandanas respresenting gang colors. So, don't be fooled by this place. It looks nice from the outside, but you don't find out about all the bad things until you are stuck in a lease!!! You can complain, but the management doesn't care, because they are on break over half the day. If you don't want to live in a ghetto, then don't move to Village Green.
