"Gangsta Paradise" is not what this place is. It is a nice, quiet environment with friendly staff and prompt maintenance support. They have around the clock personnel to answer the phone for emergencies, stay by their pet policies (I didn't have a pet and saw no poop anywhere), and the apartments are big and nice. Of course there are some cons such as you can hear when other residents use the water or walking around if you live downstairs. The laundry rooms are pretty small. Sure this place is in a residential part of town but I have never felt threatened or anything of that sort. Definitely would recommend it.
