I lived here for seven years -- through grad school and beyond -- and loved it. The most recent deal is free cable, free HBO/HBO2, and free high-speed internet...and rent didn't go up this year. That saves residents a fortune. Upkeep is excellent, the new staff (in the last year-plus) is great, and the amenities are good. The are a few drawbacks, namely that it's close to the railroad tracks. The buildings further from the tracks don't have as much of a problem, but I imagine that those near the tracks are rather loud. And, as one person noted in another review here, there's a bit of noise downstairs from upstairs neighbors. All in all, however, the price is excellent, the size is spacious, and the deal is a good one. 6TrHFn6pn7poyqNlKEgn
